Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds play a vital role in nurturing the startup ecosystem. KIC-Start invites corporate partners to utilize their CSR funds to support innovation through our specific schemes tailored for impact.

Available Schemes

Scheme A: Innovation Seed Fund

Direct financial support for student startups to convert ideas into prototypes.

  • Supports: Product development, testing, and patent filing.
  • Impact: Creates new IP and viable business models.
Scheme B: Lab Infrastructure Grant

Funding specifically for upgrading equipment in the FabLab, IoT Lab, or AI Center.

  • Supports: Purchase of 3D printers, CNC machines, or High-end computing.
  • Recognition: The lab/equipment will be named after the donor company.
Scheme C: Rural & Women Entrepreneurship

Specialized cohorts focused on uplifting underrepresented groups in the startup world.

  • Supports: Bootcamps, skill training, and micro-grants for rural innovators.
  • Impact: Direct social upliftment and job creation in villages.

How to Contribute

Corporates can release funds to KiC-Start via cheque/DD or wire transfer. We provide all necessary documentation including:

  • Valid 80G Certificate (Tax Exemption).
  • CSR-1 Registration Number.
  • Utilization Certificate (at the end of the financial year).
